Portland has a pretty bad graffiti problem, but this one is fun and it's been going on for a few years. I guess it was around 2005 that "Paulrus Come Home" tags started showing up all over the city. A few months later the "Paulrus is Dead" ones started showing up and have been popping up ever since. The city has a graffiti team so they usually disappear within a few days.
